Support can be offered from Principia in different way:

Support to startup plant

The assistance for installation and startup of the plant is provided by previous agreement or by mail. It is not guaranteed by Principia any kind of tied aid in terms of time. The assistance is made, after the client’s request, in terms of time and in the manner defined by Principia.

Support may be provided with remote connection.

Navis Designer support and training

The assistance in the use of Navis System Designer is provided solely as a result of request by email at
helpdesk@principia.it
It is not guaranteed by Principia any kind of tied aid in terms of time. The assistance is made, after the client’s request, in terms of time and in the manner defined by Principia, and then only in business hours from Monday through Friday.

Support to the development and maintenance of applications

Development assistance to the application should be agreed from time to time. Principia provides the basic application (Navis Basic Applications), from which proceed easily with the specific development.
